Garth Williams

Garth Williams was an American illustrator known for his work in children's literature. He was born on April 16, 1912, in New York City, and died on May 8, 1996. Williams is most famous for his illustrations in classic children's books such as "Stuart Little" and "Charlotte's Web" by E.B. White, "The Cricket in Times Square" by George Selden, and Laura Ingalls Wilder's "Little House" series.
