Lisa Ann Marsoli is an American author, poet, and editor. She is best known for her books of poetry, including the award-winning The Fertile Crescent, as well as her essays and short stories. Marsoli has been published in numerous literary journals and anthologies, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and National Public Radio. She is the founder of the literary press, Red Bird Chapbooks.
