Tracy Daugherty is an American author and professor of English at Oregon State University. He is best known for his biographies, including "Just One Catch: A Biography of Joseph Heller" and "Hiding Man: A Biography of Donald Barthelme". He has also written two novels and several collections of short stories and essays.
