It is in like new condition except for occasional neat underlinings as shown in the photos so I have downgraded it to excellent. It includes annotations by five different world chess champions!! It weighs over 3 pounds. Volume 35 has 391 pages and 724 games; volume 36 has 387 pages and 736 games. Also included are the usual combinations, endgames, and tournament cross tables.
